Lance Croft, PG, has dedicated his career to elevating the standards of infrastructure through quality management, geotechnical engineering, applied geology, and data-driven solutions. His leadership has guided some of Florida’s most complex and high-profile projects across transportation, aviation, rail, and water resources, where he has integrated technical expertise with comprehensive quality oversight, data management, and GIS-enabled insight. As President and Co-Founder of Capstone Geogroup, Lance continues to expand the firm’s capabilities, delivering a complete, systems-based approach to quality and performance across every phase of project delivery.
