Lance Croft, PG, believes that better infrastructure begins with better decisions.
Throughout his career, he has worked across transportation, aviation, rail, and water resources, where experience in geology, geotechnical engineering, quality management, and construction oversight revealed a consistent truth: successful projects depend on trustworthy information, disciplined processes, and sound engineering judgment.
That perspective became the foundation of Capstone Geogroup. Rather than viewing quality as a checkpoint, Lance views it as a system: one that connects people, data, and technology to help project teams make informed decisions throughout every phase of delivery.
Today, he continues to lead Capstone with a focus on building practical solutions that improve quality, reduce risk, preserve institutional knowledge, and strengthen collaboration across the infrastructure industry.
